What's included in the free plan?

Can I upgrade mid-event?
Yes. You can upgrade any event to Pro from your organizer dashboard at any time before or during the event.
Do riders need to download an app?
No. Everything works in the mobile browser. Riders scan a QR code and the web app handles the rest.
