Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (hashed — we never store plain-text passwords).

Event Data: Event organizers provide event names, dates, descriptions, checkpoint locations, and prize structures.

Participant Data: When riders register for an event, we collect their name, email address, and optionally their phone number. If a waiver is required, we record the acceptance timestamp.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials on our servers. We store only the Stripe transaction ID for record-keeping.

Usage Data: We may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited.

• To provide and maintain the PokerRunPro platform
• To process event registrations and card draws
• To send transactional emails (registration confirmations, event results)
• To process payments through Stripe
• To communicate with you about your account or events
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.

We use the following third-party services to operate PokerRunPro:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
• Supabase — Database and authentication hosting, with servers in the United States
• Vercel — Website hosting and content delivery
• Resend — Transactional email delivery

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Event data and participant records are retained for one year after the event date, after which they may be deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, and secure authentication tokens. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

PokerRunPro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
