Terms of Service

PokerRunPro is a digital platform for organizing and managing poker run events. Features include QR code check-ins, automatic hand ranking, live leaderboards, digital waivers, and payment collection. The Service is available in a free tier and paid tiers.

To create and manage events, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an organizer account.

• Free Plan: Up to 25 riders per event, basic features, no payment collection. Free forever with no credit card required.
• Pro (Per Event): $29 one-time payment per event. Unlimited riders, all features including payment collection, waivers, results export, and payout calculator.
• Pro Annual: $199 per year. Unlimited events, unlimited riders, all Pro features.

Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days notice. Existing paid events are not affected by price changes.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Pro per-event purchases are non-refundable once the event has been activated. Annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time; your access continues through the end of the paid period.

For entry fee collection from event participants, the event organizer sets the entry fee amount. PokerRunPro facilitates the collection via Stripe but is not responsible for disputes between organizers and participants regarding entry fees or prizes.

As an event organizer, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your event complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Obtaining necessary permits, insurance, and licenses for your event
• The accuracy of event information including dates, locations, and rules
• Managing and distributing prizes as communicated to participants
• Providing appropriate waivers and safety information to participants

PokerRunPro is a tool for managing events. We are not co-organizers, sponsors, or insurers of any event created on our platform.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling (poker runs are games of chance, not gambling — organizers are responsible for compliance with local regulations)

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by PokerRunPro and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any event data you create. You grant us a limited license to store and display your event data as necessary to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokerRunPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during poker run events organized using our platform. Event organizers assume full responsibility for the safety of their events.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
